 Why doesn't the Editor load?
Solution Most of the times, this is due to a cookie issue and your browser.

We first recommend using FireFox. You can get it free here: http://www.firefox.com

Then, it's recommended that you clear your browser's cookies and cache completely. To do this with FireFox, open up the browser. Then, click on the "Tools" menu at the top. From that menu, select "Clear Private Data". A new window will open. In that window, checkmark "Cache" and "Cookies". Then click on the button called Clear Private Data Now. Then restart your browser and try logging in again at http://business.blinkweb.com/login.html

If this doesn't fix the issue, then please submit a support ticket.
